This years’ Priestly Demolition Running for Rescue is in the finalization stages. This year our charity is the Ramara Fire Department for Specialized Rescue Equipment.
Ramara Fire Dept has been our guardians of safety for many years and has been to the aid and rescue of some of our own members on more than one occasion.

Our Awards Dinner and silent auction is being held on The Island Princess with a 2.5 hour cruise. Our lunch stop will be at Oscars in Barrie. Keep checking back to our website at www.performanceboatclub.ca for more information and updates regarding this event.

It looks like mother nature is finally going to give us a break and bless us with some hot and sunny weather for this weekends Priestly Demolition Rescue Run in benefit of the Ramara Fire Dept. Just a reminder to pre-register online or fax in your registration forms to avoid delays on Saturday morning and so that we have a proper count for our meals planned for the event.

Agenda for Saturday Aug 28th

8:00-9:00am    Registration

9:00-9:45am    Drivers Meeting

9:45-10:00am    Depart Port of Orillia. Boat parade to Atherley "the narrows" at top of Lake  Simcoe

10:30am        Stage at Atherley Narrows. Checkpoint #1 - Pefferlaw Bay arriving 10:45am

11:15am        Boats depart Pefferlaw, Checkpoint #2 - Roches Point, Alec Clokes Dock, arriving 11:30am. Caution at Fox Island shoal (east of fox is.) at Cooks Bay shoal and at Roche's Point

11:45am        Boats depart Cooks Bay to Checkpoint #3 Lagoon City, arriving 12:15pm

12:30pm        Boats depart Lagoon City to Checkpoint #4 Government Dock at Heritage Park Barrie

1:00pm        Lunch at Oscars in Barrie.

3:00pm        Depart Barrie to Checkpoint #5-  Through Atherley Narrows around big chief island and back to Port of Orillia

3:45pm        Arrive Port of Orillia

7:00pm        Dinner, Awards and Silent Auction on the Island Princess boat leaves dock 7pm sharp!
